16 Pankhurst Place Sunnyvale, Waitakere City

If you are looking to nest or invest you must come to inspect this property as it might be your ideal family home. Located in a quiet cul de sac in a family friendly environment. A little TLC will bring this family home to its former glory.
My vendors have made this their home for the past 13 years, brought up their children here and over the years have made improvements and upgraded the property. Featuring 3 double bedrooms, open plan living with indoor/ outdoor flow to a generous size wooden deck ideal for BBQs and outdoor entertaining.
Set on a generous 681m2 section the house comes with single basement garaging plus off street parking for several cars. Pankhurst Place is centrally located, close to local schools and only 10 mins drive to West City Mall or New Lynn Shopping Centre.
