60 Parker Avenue New Lynn, Waitakere City

This great family home needs to be sold!

Looking for somewhere to bring up your family? Current owners have been 21 years in this property. Not surprising, as it offers one single bedroom and three double bedrooms. The home is airy and bright with many large windows and skylights. Having two lounges the family can watch TV together or the adults can have the luxury of their own lounge to relax in.
The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, and ensuite. There is a private deck to hide away on when you want some quiet time alone.

On the main floor there is a second bathroom for others to use. The dining room is of an exceptional size, the kitchen is adjoining, as is a deck, where the chef can enjoy the company of family and friends while working hard in the kitchen or at the BBQ on the deck. Very close by are two small shopping centers. Between them they offer, a doctor, chemist, diagnostic lab, takeaway, hairdresser, dairy, a laundromat and a cafe. This home is a place to put down roots and watch your family grow.
